Never go here on a weekend morning!!!...The entire parking lot (which consists of MAYBE 5 spaces) was totally packed..the drive thru was around the corner & blocking a 2 way street..people coming in to the drive thru from different directions!!...TOTAL CHAOS!!!

Terrible service got my order wrong twice. They either don't understand English or care to try to understand what the customer wants.

If you like Dunkin' Donuts, you'll love this location. I'm not a fan in general, but was meeting a friend for tea. They gave me caffeinated tea when I asked for decaf... but apologized and made me a new tea when I brought it to their attention.

This place is kept pretty well and the service, well lets just say that I got my order in pretty quickly. Where are the lemon donuts though?

I just went through The drive-through after I got done going to Fullers car wash, To get my wife a bagel with cream cheese and an order of hashbrowns. I got to the lady on speaker and gave her my order. She asked me twice about whether I wanted a coffee or not, and the second time with a tone that was more like "you don't want a coffee, idiot?" She then told me to pull through without giving me a price. No worries, it's happened at other places as well. Maybe I'm just looking into the order-taking too much. I then go up to the window, the girl takes my money, without a hello, without telling me my price, without barely looking me in the eye. Gives me my order and turns around without a goodbye, later "sucker", or anything. On the up side, the order was right, but I felt like I was just another cow coming through the gates to get milked. Like I was just tolerated. And it's not the first time it's happened at this Dunkin' Donuts...but it will be the last. I think I'll stick to the one off of 80th Ave and 171st Street. Thrust least will acknowledge your presence....

I have been here a number of 4 times. 2 during the day, and 2 at night. DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT!!! Coffee is awful. The coffee is good during the day, but it's shit at night. I got a frozen mocha coffee tonight and it was black.. Not a creme color like its suppose to be. Black. And it taste horrible. Would have asked for a new one, but I wasn't getting good vibes from the young girl who took my order. & it was only $2.

Zoom Zoom Zoom I could go on and on plane about how the drive thru is too short and cars back up into the frontage road. However, the gals that run this place are lightning fast and have my large iced 99 cent coffee with coconut, cream, and five Splenda sitting ready to hand out the window the moment I drive up. They swipe my credit card in hand me a receipt in what seems like under 2 seconds. I got to give these folks mad props for never having put sugar in my coffee. when I asked for Splenda. as a diabetic this is always a disaster and seems to happen often at other locations. I have an office nearby this place with an awesome selection of keurig cups. However with 99 cent drinks after 3 p.m. I'm going to be stopping by here often.

This particular Dunkin is my favorite in the area... super clean, and usually pretty quick in both the Drive-Thru or inside. Here's the skinny: Fast... most of the time. The place is clean and kinda inviting. Good customer service. Tasty sandwiches. Here's the fat: Like ALL coffee stops, this place is ridiculous in the morning, cars lined up to the street(granted it's a small lot). But, they do a fair job at getting people on their way it seems. I usually just go inside since I work really close and don't see wasting gas to walk a half block. Ordering from inside is easy and a bit faster that the drive-thru in the morning. Plus, the donuts are right in front of you... can you say "impulse buy" Picture- yelp.com/biz_photos/dunk… The place is really clean and inviting. Tables are clean, floor swept and/or mopped, even the bathroom is pretty nice. There's a D.D. (no, not Dungeons and Dragons) mural that's pretty neat. Picture- yelp.com/biz_photos/dunk… They've got great service here but, mornings are obviously packed. I like the breakfast sandwiches... always hot and pretty tasty too. Also helps that the combo meals are reasonably priced too. Picture- yelp.com/biz_photos/dunk… Like this Dunkin, will go back plenty. SYOY

A female employee ordered my transaction and I have told her I wanted a 2 scoop of ice cream of Heath. Three minutes later, she gave me a black walnut double scoop ice cream. I told her politely to give me the right order of Heath please. She immediately raised her voice and started arguing with me. I'm just standing there and stated, "Look, I am not going to argue with you, I just want the right order." She smirks and told me I will have to wait a few minutes so they can switch something out. I told her I will, but I took a precaution watched her prepare anything because I don't want anyone to touch my food or spit in my food on an angrily manner. 15 minutes later, they found out they label the ice cream wrong. I'm always a regular customer to Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins for their delightful food and always on-the-go and highly satisfied customer service but this particular Dunkin' Donuts on Harlem in Orland Park, IL... was ridiculous! The other two employees, whom were guys standing around, not assisting other customers while there were four people that needed to take their order. No food was prepared on a timely manner. I've never experience this type of customer service from Dunkin' Donuts and I will never EVER return this particular restaurant in Orland Park, IL. Fix it the signage issue and the customer service to a excellence standard status!!!

The location is dort of bad here. Turning left onto Harlem Ave to get out of here is a pain and you have to go to the light that is a few businesses down, (which takes forever to turn green on your side). Other that that, this is my absolute favorite Dunkin' Donuts. They are so kind and welcoming here, and the man who works in the morning is so polite and is the main reason I keep coming back to this location. Great customer service.
